Moving Forward in a Tumultuous Time
Presenter: KATY JOSEPH | Director of Policy & Advocacy, Interfaith Alliance

DECEMBER 4, 2020 11:50 AM-1:00 PM
online event

The past four years have been tumultuous at best for religious freedom and civil rights. As the nation moves forward with a new administration in January, what is on the horizon and who will the key players be? Katy Joseph, Director of Policy and Advocacy for the national office of Interfaith Alliance, will join us online for our monthly Intersections “luncheon" to discuss all things religion and politics in our nation — including the US Supreme Court!

Katy Joseph is the Director of Policy & Advocacy at Interfaith Alliance, the only national interfaith organization committed to protecting the integrity of religion and democracy in the United States. An experienced advocate and attorney, Katy leads federal programs that advance an inclusive vision of religious freedom, combat the misuse of religion to discriminate, and challenge common assumptions about the “faith vote." She previously directed state advocacy initiatives at the intersection of religious freedom and reproductive rights.
