SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS

Interfaith Alliance of Iowa has long been part of the public dialogue and advocacy efforts for strong public schools. It truly takes all of us, and school board elections are an important part of the equation. We offer this list of candidate questions that focus on many concerns facing our public schools today. Be sure to visit our website for more information about school board elections as well.

Also, don't forget your faith community can host candidate forums! For guidelines on how to do that, visit the Faithful Voices for Racial Justice website.

We encourage Iowa voters to be educated on the issues and on the positions of those running for school board in their community. And we encourage Iowans to vote November 7!
